St Georges Chapel comprises an attractive stone built 19th Century chapel that has been deconsecrated and is set within woodland grounds.
The Project
The site measures 0.19 hectares (0.48 acres). As part as the planning application to convert the 260m² former St Georges Chapel into a Private Dwelling. The property is not Listed or within a designated Conservation Area and had been left unoccupied/unused for nearly 5 years – deterioration of the fabric of the Chapel had commenced when the client purchased the property in 2023. After receiving detailed Planning and Building Regulation approval work commenced in late 2024 and continued until the end of 2025 when the client occupied the Chapel – with the external landscaping continuing in 2026.
